The Peterborough Scottish Country Dance Society (PSCDS) is a voluntary, unincorporated, non-profit organization run by its members.   Anyone can become a member by joining and paying an annual fee.    To participate in weekly dance classes, you must either take out a membership or pay for classes on a pay as you go basis (currently $5 per class). Currently the membership fee is $110 per year, if paid in full at the beginning of the year, or $120 if paid in two installments of $60 each.

There is no charge for beginners for the first three classes, so the membership fee in one’s first year is reduced by $15.00 to $95 if paid at the beginning of the year, or $105 if paid in two installments of $$52.50 each.

The membership year runs from September 1 to the following August 31.

All members are entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting of the PSCDS, typically held in April.

All members are also invited to enjoy the annual PSCDS picnic, typically held in August.
